McDonald Plumbing & Gas ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit mcdonaldplumbing.co.nz, contact us or respond to our ads, and how we use and protect it. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, address, and details about the job you need done. This comes from our website forms (including job requests), email, phone calls and Facebook or Instagram messages.

You don't have to give us your details, but if you don't, we may not be able to reply to your enquiry or book your job.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, book and complete your job, and follow up afterwards

• To prepare quotes and invoices

• To improve our website and understand which of our ads are useful

• To meet our legal obligations, including certification records for gas and plumbing work
